When Ashley Sinclair Marshall quit his top chef's role at The Dorchester and Le Caprice to learn jewellery design, little did he know that he'd soon be inspired by tribal designs, and working with skilled Mayan craftsmen to create the first ‘Azuni’ collection.

After this first jewellery collection was taken up by Paul Smith in 1995, Marshall went on to design the Silver and Gold-plated collections that now make up much of Azuni's range.
