Monica Vinader UK Gold & Silver Jewellery Designer.

Monica now works in a design studio based in a converted barn in Norfolk, which she opened in 2002. This studio incorporates her jewellery collection, her new furniture and home accessories designs, which include soft furnishings, lamps and candles, as well as her Interior Design business, for which she undertakes commercial and private design projects.

• Inspired by her travels and undoubtedly her Spanish origins, Monica uses a variety of colourful semi-precious stones, including jade (in olive, red, purple and emerald), pearls, garnets and emeralds.
• Such stones add a bright, vivid and dramatic appearance to her jewellery, creating perfect pieces for summer.
• Her 2006 Autumn/Winter range comprises of smokey quartz, amethyst and vesuvianite – semi-precious stones with a deeper more subtle colour. All semi-precious stones are custom cut for each collection. For base materials, she uses sterling silver and 24ct gold plate on silver. 

Each piece of Monica Vinader’s designer jewellery is made in the UK, at her studio in Norfolk, each retaining a handmade feel to them as they are individually set and finished, before being hallmarked at the Assay Office. They are fantastically presented in white boxes and deep purple bags. 

Also a commission designer, Monica takes on work from clients, both wholesale and retail, who wish to create an entirely unique piece.
