With an unmistaken sense for trends, a huge passion for jewellery and a keen nose for future developments, Thomas Sabo has given the silver jewellery market an entirely new appearance.

His sense for all things beautiful ensures that the jewellery bearing his name is always contemporary.

In 1984, the jewellery enthusiast and self-made man Thomas Sabo set up his own jewellery company with its headquarters in Bavaria.  He gave this enterprise his name. A company that was to stand for high-quality silver jewellery with a special design quality from the very beginning.

Then in the late-1980s he made the decision to launch his own brand.

In the early 1990s, Thomas Sabo was able to secure the services of the designer Susanne Kölbli as the company’s Creative Director.  The two succeeded in winning over ever more jewellers and their respective customers for the Thomas Sabo brand.

They both lent the collections their own unique style focusing on:

• Sensitivity for the materials.
• Love of detail.
• Sense of design and trends.

In doing so, they created not only a completely new look but an entirely new market segment.

Their jewellery is perfect for the most varied occasions and outfits – awesome with a business suit, festive attire and the casual look. The individual collections are mix and match, and can be combined with each other or added to as desired.

They present fresh ideas twice annually: to coincide with the major international fashion shows and they unveil new jewellery collections in spring and autumn.

Not only do they interpret trends in a contemporary manner, they constantly provide the fashion world with new impulses for instance their Sterling Silver Collection, premieres jewellery for men.
