Orders and Delivery

When you place an order with fabulous, we aim to get it to you as soon we can, and as securely as we can.

Many of the items on our website are held in stock and are despatched immediately. Some are 'made to order', as many of our designers hand make their jewellery in small quantities, which means that some orders can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

As soon as we receive your order, we email you with a delivery estimate. If the item is in stock, we will despatch it the same or next day. If you need something urgently, or for a particular deadline, call us on 0845 4509334 during shop opening hours (9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am to 4.30pm Sundays) and we can check stock availability immediately for you.

As jewellery is a valuable item, we prefer to send our UK deliveries by Royal Mail Special Delivery*, which is guaranteed to arrive the day after being despatched, and provides insurance cover on all items during transit. (*This excludes orders under £25, which are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, a signed for delivery service.) However, if you would prefer to choose FREE DELIVERY, we can send your items by Royal Mail First Class post, up to the value of £50.

We also ship all over the world (see below for postage rates).

Postage and Packaging Charges

FREE - if you choose this option, items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class post. We cannot guarantee delivery times, and there is no TRACKING or INSURANCE available. This option is only available on orders up to £50, and orders are sent out at the customer's own risk.

STANDARD - this is the option we recommend:

- Orders up to the value of £25 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - this is charged at £1.95.

- Orders from £25 to £50 in value are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - this is charged at £4.95. Guaranteed Next Day delivery, fully trackable and insured.

- Orders of more than £50 are charged at a flat rate of £5.95. Guaranteed Next Day delivery, fully trackable and insured.

Collect In Store
We offer a collect in store service for customers who live locally to our shops in Leamington Spa and Solihull. So if you're shopping online and would prefer to collect your items from us, all you have to do is specify which shop you would like to make the collection from, and we will hold your order for you in that shop.

Outside the UK
Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure, for a flat rate of £8 postage and packaging to Europe, and £10 to the rest of the world, for orders up to £600 in total. We regret that orders of over £600 cannot be sent overseas.
