Orders and Delivery

When you place an order with fabulous, we aim to get it to you as quickly as we can, and as securely as we can. Many of the items on our website are held in stock and are despatched immediately. Some are 'made to order', as many of our designers hand make their jewellery in small quantities, which means that some orders can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

As soon as we receive your order, we will email you with a delivery estimate. If the item is in stock, we will despatch it the same or next day. If you need something urgently, or for a particular deadline, call us on 0845 4509334 during shop opening hours (9am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am - 4.30pm Sundays) and we will check stock availability for you.

Postage and Packaging Charges

STANDARD DELIVERY

Delivery of all orders within the UK is free.

• Orders up to the value of £24 are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post.
• Orders from £25 to £49 in value are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, a signed for delivery service.
• Orders of more than £50 are sent by Special Delivery, a signed for delivery service guaranteed to arrive next working-day.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure, for a flat rate of £8 postage and packaging to Europe, and £10 to the rest of the world. We regret that orders of over £600 cannot be sent overseas.

COLLECT IN-STORE

We offer a collect in store service for customers who live locally to our shops in Leamington Spa, Solihull and Bath. So if you're shopping online and would prefer to collect your items from us, all you have to do is specify the relevant delivery option at checkout and we will hold your order for you in that shop.
