FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY (Royal Mail First Class) on all orders of £35 and over. We aim to despatch all orders placed on a working day (Monday to Friday, excludes Bank Holidays) by the end of the next working day, where possible. Orders placed over a weekend are usually despatched on the following Monday.

Postage Details First Class | Royal Mail
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class at £1.40. Orders of £35 and over are sent by Royal Mail First Class at no charge. First Class is not trackable, so we won't be able to give you any further information once it has been despatched. First Class generally takes 2 to 3 days to arrive, but Coronavirus issues at the Royal Mail are causing delays of up to 7 working days. If you need your item for a specific date, or want it to be trackable - please choose a trackable option.
48 Hour Tracked
You can choose to have your items sent by 48 Hour Tracked. This is a trackable service that takes 2-3 working days - although it is NOT GUARANTEED to arrive within 48 hours, it normally will. However, Coronavirus issues at the Royal Mail may cause delays. It costs £3.20. Orders of £75 and over are sent by Tracked 48 at no charge.
Overseas Delivery Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure, for a flat rate of £8 postage and packaging to Europe, and £8.50 to the rest of the world. We regret that orders of over £600 cannot be sent overseas.
If you change your mind about a product, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund, provided you return the goods in the same condition in which you purchased them, in the original packaging, and with your receipt, within 14 days of the goods being received. We do not accept earrings for return or exchange, due to H&S issues.
Please contact us to receive a Returns Authorisation Form, as our Return Address has recently changed.
Fabulous cannot take responsibility for returned items which do not reach us, or which arrive damaged, so we strongly suggest you send returned goods via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery or similar secure, insured method. Fabulous does not refund postage costs, for either your original order or your return - unless we have made a mistake.
Any bespoke items ordered through Fabulous, i.e. engraved items or made to order, CANNOT be returned or exchanged. These are exempt from the 'cooling off' period in the distance selling regulations, so please double check your instructions at the checkout.
All faulty goods will be replaced, or refunded in the event that a replacement is not available. Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used for the purchase.
On-line Orders When you place an order with us via our website, your name will automatically be added to our database, and you will receive our regular email newsletter telling you about new products. To unsubscribe to this, simply click the 'Unsubscribe' button on the first edition which you receive, and you will be removed from our mailing list. fabulous Gifts Cards fabulous Gift Cards are available online, in any denomination between £5 and £500. Gift Cards can be used as a method of payment for goods at a fabulous event, or can be set up by fabulous as an on-line code. They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit notes, and cease to be valid 12 months after issue. fabulous reserves the right to decline to accept cards it believes to be forgeries. Privilege Card
